Support Executive As
a rapidly expanding IT company, we are looking for individuals to join in our
Business Support team to create the best web services to the marketplace. You
can help create and support exciting new services with our expanding portfolio
of web services. Responsibility:
- Responsible for incoming
customer calls, emails and faxes
- Identifying,
meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Perform
telesales / online sales and marketing to promote products and services of the
Company
- Follow-up
and follow through on customers accounts status
- Handling
online and telephone support
- Liaise
with various departments in the organization to resolve issues brought up by customers
- Promote
and drive brand image
Minimum
Job qualifications: - Diploma/
Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Advertising/ eCommerce/ Business Administration
or any related discipline
- Working
experience in a call center or client servicing environment is preferred
- Knowledge
in eCommerce is an added advantage
- Resourceful,
proactive, customer and result orientated
- Computer
and internet literate
- Fluent
in English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects
- Fresh
